During the year of the Covid-19 lockdown, Carola was in the serene country of South Africa exploring the land and building relationships with all of its ambitious people. Carola states: “It was one of the best opportunities that was given to me throughout my entire life.” Throughout the year, she became fondly in love with what the country has to offer, hence why she later decided to move to the wonderful city of Cape Town. With its magnificent scenery of mountains, beaches, forests, and wine lands, she knew she was in the perfect city to retire.

She wanted to give back to the country and help those skilled craftsmen that do not have easy access to big opportunities and ventures, which is why Carola designed several pieces inspired by the Zulu People. Those Zulu people are the largest ethnic group in SA and have the strongest personalities that Carola has ever encountered due to their indestructible fighting spirit. Because of the joy, influence, and love they demonstrated to Carola, We decided to incorporate the kind Zulu People in some way, so we bring to you our accessories line.
